Having doubts about reaching the goals you’ve set for yourself? Below are 5 #ChabánTips to help you regain your #selfesteem and be able to believe in yourself once again.

  1. Train your mind
    Every time you realize that you’re having negative thoughts about yourself, force yourself to list AT LEAST 3 incredible qualities that you have! This way, your brain will get used to thinking of something positive every time something negative comes along.

    If and when you start to doubt yourself, write down the reasons that are making you have doubts, afterwards, read them and ask yourself: “Is this really true?”. You’ll be surprised in realizing how ridiculous and inoffensive our fears can be once we read them out loud.

  5. Recognize your accomplishments
    Make a list of all the things you’ve accomplished in the past and everything that you’ve done correctly lately. Make sure the list keeps growing on a daily basis. Write down whatever you’ve accomplished with dedication and hard work. It can be anything from completing a recipe you’ve tried for the first time or fulfilling a hard earned day at work!

  7. Get inspired!
    Surround yourself with people, books and situations that make YOU feel good and motivate you to reach your personal goals. Stay away from toxic habits or that which depresses you and causes you anxiety. Learn to identify that which propels you and that which limits you.

  9. Reward yourself
    Give yourself a prize after each accomplishment! Did you finish your workout without cheating? Reward yourself with a few extra minutes of rest or enjoy something after the workout that you’ll be sure to make you smile!

Remember, it’s never too late to start believing in yourself again. You’re not what YOU THINK you are. You have the capacity to change, to evolve and to prove to yourself that bad habits DIE HARD.

Have you ever asked yourself how to NOT react in front of certain difficult circumstances during your process?

“Life is full of tempting impulses and if we let those impulses control the choices we make on our journey, we’ll never be able to reach out goal. They will knock us off track. That’s where willpower comes in. You can control those small impulses and behaviors so that you can reach your goal. That strength, that power, is within you. If you goal is to lose weight and someone offers you a slice of cake, you are the one who gets to decide if you fall off the wagon and eat the cake of whether you’ll hold steadfast. That decision comes from your willpower. It’s what helps us overcome the obstacles in our journey and keeps us heading toward our goals.

 

 

Remember that your WILLPOWER is what pushes you to overcome each and every obstacle and pushes you closer and closer to your goal. If you sometimes ask yourself, “well, where’s my willpower? Where does it hide? How do I find it when I need it the most?” When you find yourself in these situations, before coming up with an answer, STOP for a moment and THINK ABOUT YOUR GOAL. The #willpower is INSIDE OF YOU! 💪 It’s actually a decision you can choose to make, on your very own.

Find a feeling that moves you, that inspires you, a goal that reminds you of your process and #transformation and GRASP on to THAT and find the STRENGTH from THERE. You won’t even believe it but you’ll see that that you already have what it takes.

If you want to be successful, there are certain things that you’ll need to give up. These “things” are chains that keep you from moving forward.

STOP MAKING EXCUSES!

Stop saying “I’ll change tomorrow or I’lld do it tomorrow”. The day is TODAY!

By thinking this way you’ll stop doubting yourself. Trust and know that YOU CAN be successful. Talk the talk and walk the walk. Trust in the power in your words. If you don’t believe in yourself, how will others?

Another thing, don’t be LAZY. If you’re not motivated or PROACTIVE, you’ll never be successful. You must build out the framework to your success, have a strategy and FOCUS on your goal. You can’t please everyone, so make sure that your plan is objective driven and caters to what YOU WANT.

ARE YOU AFRAID OF SUCCEEDING?

Plenty of people are afraid of success. Why? Well, sometimes others start treating us differently, they get envious of what we’ve accomplished. The best trick for this is to simply ignore it. You’ve worked too long, too hard and with the determination of a lion. Be proud. Keep people around that only want the best for you. Be positive and don’t be afraid to seek out your dreams.
